Reimbursement Your money is automatically returned via the payment method you used to make the purchase. If the payment was made using a debit or credit card, the money will be refunded to the bank account linked to the card. If the payment was made using Skrill the money will be refunded into the Skrill account used to make the purchased. Shipping and Tax Insurance At checkout you have the option to purchase a one time insurance for your parcel and taxes, those are excluded from refunds, but can be claimed throughout the complaint process.
